Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for:
1. Preparation of pending order list.
2. Preparation of manufacturing schedule
3. Preparation of Bill Material.
4. Issue production plan in coordination with Sales & Production.
5. To plan production facilities in the best possible manner along with the
proper systematic planning of production activities.
6. Raw material planning & procurement.
7. Checking Machining schedules with In-house/Vendors, Procurement of
Bought outs with Purchase Dept.
8. Involves cost estimation, work measurement, subcontracting, capacity
planning and demand forecasting etc
9. External and internal Audit activities

Requisite Skills:

1. Proven track record in Production department. It must include 5 years of
“on the floor” supervisory experience.
2. Production Scheduling & Machine Planning.
3. Ability to communicate & manage with TPI audit team.
4. Working knowledge of ERP & MS – Office
