Job Description:

A Production Supervisor for HVAC ducting oversees all aspects of duct manufacturing, ensuring efficient and timely production while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer demands. This role involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and leading a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines, considering material availability, capacity, and workforce requirements.
- Resource Management: Managing the efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production output and minimize costs.
- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating the production team, providing training, and addressing any performance issues.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Inventory Management:



Managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the production environment adheres to all safety regulations and practices.
- Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling production costs to maintain profitability.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with other departments (e.g., sales, engineering) to align production with customer needs and company goals.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production issues, such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or quality problems.

Have to analysis what projects to be executed and how rapid good ideas for completing projects within circumstances and need to improve productivity
