Job Description:

Position: Process Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and optimize plastic processing parameters for Injection Moulding.
- Set and standardize process parameters to achieve desired quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues such as defects, material flow problems, and machine inefficiencies.
- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct trials for new moulds, materials, and process changes.
- Prepare and maintain process sheets, SOPs, control plans, and work instructions.

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Positive in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
