POSITION OVERVIEW : Integration Engineer
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
• Hands on experience in building integration among enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, AD ..etc.) using ServiceNow. Experience in writing scripts(in JavaScript) in ServiceNow based on various events.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog and integrations.
• Experience with building and communicating with Restful API / web service.
• Understanding and experience in use various authentication methods for API interactions.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Experience enough to work independently with minimal directions.
• Prior experiences and knowledge with enterprise integrations and process optimizations.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration hub
