Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing management reports to support business operations and decision-making. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and an understanding of cost monitoring and cost-control practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
- Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Monitor key business metrics and highlight deviations, trends, and areas of concern.
- Support management with data-driven insights for operational and financial decision-making.
- Track operational expenses and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and support cost-control initiatives across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and MIS records.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Data Analysis)
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint

- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of cost monitoring, cost control, and cost reduction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory.
- Additional certifications in MS Excel or Data Analysis will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in preparing management reports and business performance reports.
- Understanding of financial data and cost management concepts.
- Proactive approach towards process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple reporting requirements simultaneously.
