Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparing investment banking reports. The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and financial modelling skills to support transactions across debt and equity investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct financial modelling and valuation for investment banking transactions
 Perform financial due diligence and market research for investment opportunities
 Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and transaction reports
 Assist in structuring and executing deals related to mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and private placements
 Support debt financing transactions, including project finance,



structured products, and trade finance
 Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market data to provide insights
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance and client reporting
 Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and institutional investors for transaction execution

Key Skills & Requirements:
 CA, CS, ICWA with 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting
 Solid expertise in financial modelling, valuation
