Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR & Audit for a reputed manufacturing company at the Bantala location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Management:

- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.

Payroll Administration:

- Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Recruitment:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and manage onboarding for recent employees.

Grievance Handling:

- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.

Supporting ISO audits:

- Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO audits.




- Ensure all HR processes comply with ISO standards and assist in the continuous improvement of these processes.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.

Candidate's profile:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on compliances, payroll, recruitment, grievance handling, and ISO audits.
- Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Can process payroll and handle payroll-related issues.
- Sound recruitment skills with experience in sourcing.
- Excellent conflict resolution and grievance handling skills.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO standards and audit processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software like Saral, etc.
