Job Description:

Handling Injection Moulding machine. JSW1000T, 850T, Milacron 910T, ZJPM 1200T, 160T, 430T Toyo180T

Daily morning meeting with teams to achieve production target

Daily production monitoring as per plan & Manpower planning operations

conducting productivity analysis and troubleshooting

Interact with related concern departments like Tool Room and Maintenance

Plastic processing tecniques injection molding, blow molding injection stretch blow molding, extrusion compression molding etc.

Plastic testing techniques - indentification of plastics, Product testing and other important test about plastic.

Effective Knowledge of plastic materials - different types of materials & their properties , manufacturing process, application etc.

Plastic Testing - MFI , hardness tester, viscosity tester ,Escr Tester

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :





Candidates must be DPT / PGT PPT with 01-03 Year Experience in Injection moulding Production

- working in production Moulding as below
- Knowledge of the Plastics Processing technique, working in L&T; 350 T , ferromatic 75 Ton to 450 Ton .
- Responsible for process controls of injection Moulding, Plastics components as per customer requirements
- To independently take responsibility for plastics section production including quality in shift independently
- Problem solving of injection molded product
- To maintain 5’s & safety in the shop floor area.
