Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Minimum stock maintenance as per required plant-wise.
- Inwards delivery Items in inventory record.
- Maintains inventory records by inward and outward items.
- Monthly & Quarterly inventory audit.
- Maintain parts properly in the storage area and keep the stockroom clean properly.
- Ensures hazardous materials are stored safely.
- Coordinate delivery dates with all concerned persons for inventory items.
- Handle Tarapur, Mahesan, & Ankleshwar plant inventory properly.
- Operation & Maintenance expenses record and maintain.
- Handling day-to-day vehicle operation.
- Vehicle maintenance of Fuel, tires Air pressure, checking vehicle condition, etc.
- Handling vehicle-related queries.
- Vehicle-related laisioning and renewal like insurance & PUC from time to time.




- Make sure vehicles are properly maintained ➢ Maintain record of Tyre buying and usage.
- Route planning of vehicles.
- Driver & conductor-related adjustment or planning.
- Supply chain Management Requirements

Requirements:

- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience – Min. 3-5 years
- Industry: Chemical/Any manufacturing Industry
- Job Location: Shobhashan, Mahesana
- Ready for travelling our plants.
- Knowledge of record-keeping systems.
- Knowledge of established material handling and procedures
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with an attention to details.
