Technical Skills:
• ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP Software specific to construction and Quantity surveying, like SAP, Oracle or other Industry standard ERP System.
• Rate Analysis Expertise: Strong understanding of rate analysis, cost estimation, and pricing strategy for materials and labour. The candidate must be able to apply various factors impacting project costing.
• Quantity Verification: Ability to prepare, verify, and cross- check quantities provided by consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specification.
Additional Competencies:
• Should have the ability to conduct exact quantity calculations, thorough estimation reviews, and comprehensive cost analysis for diverse construction projects.
• Should be familiar with software tools such as AutoCad, Revit, Ms Excel, and Quantity take off Software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Should give attention to details in documentation, billing and verification processes to prevent cost overruns and maintain budget accuracy.
• Should be capable to work under tight guidelines.
