Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Vapi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines and related auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems
- Monitor and maintain SCADA systems for real-time process control and data analysis
- Manage operation and upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history




- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation systems

- Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines (hydraulic/electric)
- Practical understanding of ETP and RO plant operations and maintenance
- Experience working with SCADA systems for monitoring and control
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 14.00 LPA
