Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Project Manager- Interior Designing for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali(W), Mumbai location. for the Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities
- You will ensure assigned projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
- You will manage project deliverables, including risk allowances, monitor and control changes and variations,
- You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.

Candidates profile:

- A site supervisor skilled with 2+ years of experience in the building construction industry/interior design
- Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, retail, and office projects.
- A process-driven site supervisor professional with quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- AutoCAD, Microsoft excel and preparing BOQ

Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
