Job Description:

Position: Functional consultant SAP- MDM
Work location: Bangalore
Notice period: Immediate - 15 days
Mode of Interview: MS Teams
Year of Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Budget- Upto 30 LPA

Key roles and responsibilities

- Participate and engage in MDM projects, including MDG implementations and align with deliverables.
- Participate in architecture discussions around S4HANA functionalities and design to align with MDM aspects.
- Drive Product Deactivation process and Product Lifecycle Management projects along with business engagements for the same.
- Perform Data profiling on material master data; build reports and support report design based on user requirements/specifications.
- Support LSMW program creation to support mass uploads.
- Prepare Documentation for any tool related aspects in preparation to migrate into new tools, or for any system changes.
- Engagement with business teams concerning operational issues/queries with Material Master Data and Data Quality.
- Support design and execution of Data Quality Framework.
- Accountable to support the Team to carry out Deployments, Data quality audit & compliance activities, and Data Maintenance.
- Documenting the data standards and quality rules,



and maintaining the data definitions.
- Identifying and investigating continuous improvement opportunities in the data standards, data quality rules, and data maintenance processes for each master data objects working with Business and other MDM Teams as required.
- Process analysis and translation of business issues and requirements into actionable plans, to improve Master Data Process from tool and programming view.
- Review and approve exceptions if any from an Operations process perspective.

Skills required

- 10+ years experience in SAP Material Master module along with knowledge on SAP MM T-codes and fields.
- Proven expertise in SAP MDG configuration and implementation.
- Solid understanding of S/4HANA and its integration with MDG.
- Knowledge of material master data life cycle management principles and general material MDM processes.
- A good understanding of risk management and controls.
- Thorough understanding of data and systems infrastructures.
- Technical skills in exploring, analyzing, profiling, manipulating data sets through Excel, Power BI, SAP IS, Tableau etc.
- Experience with data migration tools.
