Designation: Senior Manager - Factory In-Charge

The candidate has to be from the Hosiery/ Corrugated Box Industry.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Focusing on Quality Product supply to customer as per their specification always in time and working into CONTINUAL improvement in overall running of factory for satisfaction of customer.

- Monitoring expenses to cost control and reduction, developing and managing the factory budget and suggesting cost-effective production strategies, wherever necessary.

- Managing administrative tasks related to the factory, such as attendance and leave process of staff and workers, record keeping and documentation.

- Maintaining regular communication with employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Managing and supervising factory staff and workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Motivating employees and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Managing and supervising the daily operations of the factory, including production, quality control, and overall maintenance of the factory.

- Ensuring that production targets are met and deadlines are adhered to.





- Preparing and presenting production reports to senior management on a regular interval and highlighting the areas of improvements.

- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinating with different departments and other factories to streamline processes and resolve issues.

- Conducting regular inspections of the factory, machineries and equipment to ensure standards are met and breakages are reported on time.

- Managing inventory levels and optimising stock control as per the Company Policy.

- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and quality control processes as per the Company Policy.

- Overseeing safety protocols and programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations of the factory.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to factory.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Robust leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

- Experience in personnel management and employee relations.

- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement solutions.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
