- 3+ years in a software engineering management or team lead role
- Experience developing production code
- Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, and mentoring ability
- Interest in complex product problems and how to design easy solutions that favor configuration, automation, and maintainability
- Interest in people leadership and mentorship, in addition to actively diving into code to advance key projects and identify improvement opportunities.
