Job description
1. Carrying out the injection molding machine installation, commissioning and service including monitoring machine parts, trouble-shooting.
2. Setting up and trouble-shooting hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders.
3. Trouble-shouting minor electronic and electrical issues of machines.
4. Setting process parameters in machines for required product with minimized and reduced cycle time to utilize the maximum production output with positive and proper quality aspects of the respective products.
5. Integration of auxiliary equipment and robots with the machine.
