Key Responsibilities:
- Developing effective student pipeline
- Effective follow-up towards the closing of enrolments
- Build sustainable relationships and engage with new and existing students by taking the extra mile
- Coordination with students through various digital channels for sharing information
- Promoting programs through cold calling and referral marketing.
- Coordinating with colleges and organizing free seminars for them
- Network and strive to convert connections into customers
- Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensive way.
- Meet your weekly/monthly qualitative and quantitative targets.

Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counselling OR Sales
- Even Freshers can apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
