Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities

- Software quality and deployment management

○ Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to
existing software
○ Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.
○ Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
○ Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.
○ Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
○ Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.
○ Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.
○ Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
○ Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.

IT Infrastructure security and compliance

○ Lead the company’s security compliance process, e.g. SOC2
○ Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols
○ Identify manual processes that can be automated




○ Consider the organization’s entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements
○ Maintain and improve the company’s cloud infrastructure

Skills

- Expertise in DevOps process and tools such as Jenkins

- Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer of 3-4 years.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium on python is a must.

- Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.

- Excellence in programming script languages including Python, JavaScript.

- Previous experience in Cloud Environment a must

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail

- Solid work ethic to deliver high-quality deliverables.
