About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with extensive experience in Java technologies and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with MNCs or Tier 1 companies, leading large teams, and driving complex solutions for US-based clients. The role involves designing innovative digital platforms, managing cloud migration projects, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based solutions, leveraging AWS cloud services and technologies.
- Drive cloud migration projects, transitioning from legacy systems to contemporary, scalable, and efficient cloud-native architectures.
- Work closely with US-based clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to solve complex challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and technologies.
- Develop and implement migration patterns, identifying best practices for moving from legacy systems to newer technologies.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to a team of 40-50 employees, ensuring high-quality standards in project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end solutioning, from architecture to deployment, ensuring all requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design and implementation of testing automation solutions,



ensuring the quality and reliability of the solutions.
- Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in cloud technologies and Java-based platforms.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 15-18 years of solid experience in the digital domain, with 5-7 years of extensive experience as a Solution Architect.
- Java Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Java technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
- Should have worked as Java Architect currently or previously.
- AWS Expertise: Extensive experience working with AWS, with a valid AWS certification.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience leading teams of 40-50 employees, preferably from MNC or Tier 1 companies.
- Customer Interaction: Hands-on experience working with US-based projects and direct coordination with clients.
- Cloud Migration: Expertise in leading cloud migration projects, transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-based architectures (preferably AWS).
- Full Stack Experience: Strong experience in full-stack development, designing end-to-end solutions for complex platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Testing Automation: Hands-on experience in test automation will be considered an advantage.
