As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all head contract and subcontract administration for projects. You will work closely with Project and Site teams to ensure contracts are accurately managed, variations are tracked, and budgets remain on target throughout the build.
Prepare, review, and administer contract and subcontract agreements
Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs, EOTs, and payment schedules
Track project budgets and forecasts to maintain financial control
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Support the Project Manager with reporting and weekly meetings to support project delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS standards
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
Experience on current build commercial construction projects up to $10M
Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Experience with construction industry software systems is required,

Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Must have local Auatralian experience
