We are seeking a faculty member with expertise in Accounting: Markets and Organisations and Management Accounting.

Essential Requirements
Solid expertise in management and organisational accounting
Sound understanding of:
Cost and Management Accounting
Budgeting and Performance Measurement
Decision-making and Strategic Cost Analysis
Management Control Systems
Organisational Performance and Value Creation
Accounting in Market and Business Contexts
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to contribute to teaching, curriculum development,



student mentoring, and academic initiatives

Qualifications
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualified qualification is highly desirable
PhD in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior teaching, research, or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
