Prior market connections and channel relationships are preferred.
Proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.
Build and maintain robust client and channel partner relationships.
