Role Description
We are looking for a talented and execution-oriented Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from concept to completion. The role involves designing and executing commercial office interiors, coworking spaces, retail environments, and residential projects. The candidate should be capable of handling client interactions, design development, working drawings,



3D visualizations, vendor coordination, and site execution.

The ideal candidate should possess both solid design skills and practical site execution knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Office Interiors-

Conduct client requirement gathering and site measurements.
Develop space planning and layout options.
Create concept presentations and mood boards.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings including:
Layout Plans
Furniture Plans
Ceiling Plans
Electrical Plans
Flooring Plans
Elevations and Joinery Details
Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders.
Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
Handle client meetings and progress updates.
