Ensure consistent compliance with SLAs at the ground level across all operational activities.
Implement and monitor loss control strategies to minimize package discrepancies and operational losses.
Lead and support teams in achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance throughput and accuracy.

Requirements
Proven experience in logistics or operations management within a high-volume sorting or distribution setting.
Robust understanding of SLA tracking, performance metrics, and loss prevention methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability in quick-paced, results-oriented settings.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making.
Experience with network operations within a logistics or transportation context is highly preferred.
