Job Title: Senior Copywriter – Product, CRM & UX Content

Experience: 8–10 years
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Copywriter with strong expertise across product UX writing, CRM communications, and performance marketing content. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented writer who can craft compelling, user-centric content across digital touchpoints, while ensuring adherence to brand, legal, and underwriting guidelines.
Product & UX Writing
Develop transparent, intuitive, and user-friendly UI/UX copy across digital journeys including apps and web platforms
Enhance user experience through effective microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips, and transactional messaging
CRM & Customer Engagement
Own and drive end-to-end content creation for CRM channels including email, WhatsApp, and RCS
Performance Marketing & Paid Content
Create high-performing ad copies and campaign messaging across digital platforms
SEO & Performance Writing:



Write content optimized for search and digital performance - ensuring discoverability without compromising creativity.
Develop content for web banners, paid creatives, and platform-specific formats
Partner with performance marketing teams to deliver conversion-focused communication
Quality, Compliance & Brand Governance
Ensure all content aligns with legal, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
Maintain consistency with brand voice and messaging standards across all outputs
Deliver high-quality work within defined timelines and stakeholder expectations
Strategy & Content Excellence
Contribute to the development of content frameworks, messaging systems, and design-led initiatives
Continuously refine content quality using data, insights, and experimentation
Drive innovation in how content is structured, delivered, and experienced across channels
8–10 years of experience in copywriting across product, CRM, and digital marketing
Solid portfolio showcasing UX writing and performance-driven content
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Solid understanding of customer journeys and digital behaviour
