Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior global leadership in a quick-paced US Staffing environment.
More than a traditional Executive Assistant role, this position offers exposure to strategic business operations, executive decision-making, global client interactions, and leadership-level stakeholder management. You will act as a key partner in driving efficiency, communication, and execution across critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with US-based leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Track action items, follow-ups,



and key business initiatives to ensure timely execution.
Handle executive correspondence, emails, calls, and confidential communications.
Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and monitor deliverables.
Support client-facing activities, leadership engagements, and strategic business discussions.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
Prior exposure to working with US-based clients, consultants, or leadership teams is preferred.
Exceptional communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapid-paced workplace.
