Role Summary
The Senior Manager – Applied Projects will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HVAC and chiller projects in Gujarat, ensuring successful execution in line with project commitments related to cost, schedule, quality, revenue, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close coordination with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive project performance and timely closure.




Key Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management
Manage and monitor a portfolio of 50–70 HVAC/chiller projects of varying sizes and execution stages. Track project progress and ensure adherence to established project management processes and milestones. Conduct regular project reviews and follow up on action plans to ensure timely execution. Planning, Monitoring & Risk Management
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, track, and report project risks, prospects, and issues in a timely manner. Maintain project risk registers and issue logs and work with stakeholders to drive resolution. Escalate critical concerns and support implementation of mitigation plans. Project Execution
