Paid Media Deployment & Scale:* Designing, launching, and structurally scaling high-impact paid marketing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) architectures.

High-Volume Lead Generation:* Developing and tracking robust, low-friction lead capture funnels specifically tailored to financial products, ensuring a steady pipeline of verified prospects for distribution networks.

Advanced Conversion Tracking:* Setting up, validating, and auditing complex conversion tracking infrastructures, event tracking modules, and custom web attribution flows using contemporary analytical tools.

Granular Campaign Diagnostics:* Conducting routine deep-dive performance analysis across ad creatives, target audience cohorts, keyword clusters, and landing page variants to ruthlessly minimize CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

Capital & ROI Management:* Monitoring daily and monthly media spending grids, balancing budget allocations dynamically based on yield metrics,



and maximizing absolute ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ROI targets.

Cross-Functional Asset Engineering:* Partnering with internal creative pods, web developers, and compliance cells to continuously deploy optimized ad copies, visual creatives, and high-conversion landing pages.

Requirements

Experience Base:* 3–4 years of progressive, verified skilled success operating as a Performance Executive, Paid Media Specialist, or Growth Marketer.

Industry Foundation: A mandatory, deeply rooted career background executing digital acquisition strategies explicitly within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Fintech, or Wealth Management)* sector.

Technical Mastery:* Authoritative, hands-on control over the back-ends of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and standard tag management structures.
