We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and drive product storytelling, campaigns, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai. We offer a high degree of creative freedom, competitive pay and a team-oriented, entrepreneurial work environment with ESOPs to every employee.

Content & Communication
Create compelling copies, presentations, emailers, social media content, and video scripts
Ensure consistent messaging and brand communication across all touchpoints
Build content plans and communication calendars for campaigns and launches

Support GTM planning and execution for recent products, features, and campaigns
Develop launch communication plans across internal and external channels




Creative & Campaign Management
Translate business and product briefs into creative requirements for designers
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
Explore new content formats and engagement strategies across digital platforms

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Design, and Leadership teams to drive marketing and product growth initiatives
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring timely execution and accountability

1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content, or Product Marketing
~ Strong interest in the travel as well as financial services industry
~ Experience managing social media and content calendars
~ Robust project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
~ A self-starter who enjoys building campaigns and driving business impact
