This role requires a balanced profile with both strong accounting fundamentals and FP&A; capabilities. The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day financial operations while also providing business insights, supporting planning activities,



and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
FP&A; / Business Finance
Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across business units
Analyze financial performance vs. budget and provide insights to support business decisions
Track key metrics and identify risks and opportunities
Prepare cash flow forecasts, business reviews, and management reports
Assist in group consolidation, investment planning, and M&A; analysis

Accounting & Operations
Handle month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Manage invoicing, receivables, and follow up on collections
Process purchase orders, payments, and expense reports
Monitor bank accounts and inventory levels

Compliance & Process
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax,
