Description
As an Area Manager - Sales (DI), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Business Development department. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and promoting our DI-Product Solutions, including passive networking, devices, storage, and networking solutions. This role offers an exciting chance to shape the electrical and digital systems industry and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the industry.
Provide expert knowledge and insights on DI-Product Solutions to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service.




Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth areas.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive success.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building robust client relationships.
Expertise in DI-Product Solutions, including passive networking, devices, and storage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
A valid driving license and flexibility to work extended hours when required.
