Job Description:

Ami Polymer is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Sales HR qualified to partner closely with the Sales Leadership team. The role will be responsible for end-to-end sales talent acquisition, sales force effectiveness, performance monitoring, incentive planning, productivity tracking, and strategic HR interventions to drive sales growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across regions and business segments.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales specialists.
Coordinate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a robust sales talent pipeline.

Sales Performance Monitoring
Track and monitor sales team productivity and effectiveness.
Review Daily Work Reports (DWR), Visit Reports, and field activity reports.
Generate performance dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Identify productivity gaps and recommend corrective actions.





Incentive Planning & Administration
Design, implement, and review sales incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in incentive payouts.
Analyze incentive effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with sales leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Support territory expansion, manpower budgeting, and sales structure optimization.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for the sales team.
Assist in performance management and succession planning.

Analytics & Reporting
Prepare sales HR metrics and reports including:
Headcount tracking
Attrition analysis
Recruitment effectiveness
Productivity analysis
Incentive payout reports
Sales manpower cost analysis
Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
