About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Director – Professional Services to lead end-to-end delivery, solutioning, and customer success for our global pharmaceutical clients. This is a critical leadership role that requires a proven track record in IT services organizations managing large-scale professional services, implementation, and custom project delivery.

The ideal candidate must currently be working in a services company in a Qualified Services (PS), Delivery Head, or Engagement Management capacity. A strong background in the data domain, with hands-on technical and delivery experience, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Skilled Services Leadership
Lead the execution and growth of our professional services portfolio for global pharma customers.
Ensure high-quality delivery of data-centric implementation and custom projects.
Drive service excellence, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management




Act as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts; build strong, trusted relationships.
Own customer retention and lead strategic account expansion.
Solutioning & Pre-Sales
Lead solution design, project estimation, and proposal development for RFPs and RFIs.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored, scalable solutions.
Delivery & Project Management
Oversee the delivery lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and compliance requirements.
Team & Resource Management
Manage a global delivery team – including resource planning, performance, and utilization.
Build internal capabilities, mentoring team leads and fostering a delivery-driven culture.
P&L; and Operational Control
Own the P&L; for professional services.
Monitor financial metrics, utilization, margins, and operational KPIs.
