Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality creative output.
Own creative projects from concept to final execution.
Create impactful social media campaigns and branding creatives that make brands stand out.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, video editors, and account managers to bring campaigns to life.
Maintain quality, consistency, and deadlines across multiple projects.
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar setting.
~ Proven experience leading and managing a creative/design team.
~ Hands-on experience with both social media creatives and branding/identity design .
~ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Someone who can inspire the team, handle feedback like a pro, and keep the creative energy flowing.
