What You'll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic BFSI enterprise accounts.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and executive discovery to demos, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
Identify multiple Salesforce transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Partner with Presales,



Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver winning solutions.
Build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and account expansion.
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
5–8 years of Enterprise B2B SaaS or Software Sales experience.
Experience selling CRM, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or IT Services.
Strong consultative selling and enterprise account management skills.
Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders and managing complex buying cycles.
Exposure to BFSI customers is preferred.
Proven ability to drive recent logo acquisition while growing existing accounts.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
