Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and market analysis
Proactively reach out to direct clients and MSPs via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting




Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (activities, leads, opportunities, closures)
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive understanding of B2B sales processes (preferred)
Familiarity with staffing/recruitment industry (a plus for mid-level candidates)
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)
