Comply is seeking a QA Manager to champion quality across our product suite, building a world-class QA function, and ensuring that every release reflects our commitment to reliability and trust.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep technical QA expertise with the strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to drive quality culture across engineering, product, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, standards, and best practices.
Lead and mentor QA teams, including test leads, senior QA engineers, and automation engineers.
Establish quality metrics,



KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor product quality and testing effectiveness.
Drive test planning, test execution, defect management, and release quality assessments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Project Management teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
Oversee automation testing initiatives and promote continuous testing practices.
Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing areas.
Manage resource planning, workload allocation, and team performance evaluations.
Conduct quality reviews, audits, and process compliance assessments.
Identify quality risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
Support Agile/Scrum delivery models and participate in release governance activities.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and quality engineering practices.
