Job Overview
Manager- Projects will lead and manage medical device installation projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Maintain solid relationship with all project stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts promptly.
Lead the meetings with customers, consultants, and contractor.
Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during the project to prevent disruptions and ensure smooth progress.
Monitor and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
Review the drawings & ensure correct drawings passed to Installation Teams for execution.
Monitor project progress and performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks to protect the company's interests.




Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with company QMS SOP, and company product installation requirements.
Prepare and present project reports to management.
Conduct Post-Project review to gather lessons learned to improve future projects.
Ensure proper installation & commissioning by installation teams, testing, validation, and handover documentation is completed and approved.
Maintain accurate project records, approvals, and as-built drawings.
Evaluate vendor and contractor performance against contractual obligations and healthcare standards.
Ensure contractors adhere to hospital safety policies and site protocols.
Review invoices, variation orders, and contract deliverables.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, or related field.
