We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across AI-led growth, product-led growth, funnel optimization, and retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and business — and is passionate about driving measurable growth through experimentation, automation, and user-first design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI-Led Growth
Conceptualize and execute AI-driven initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
Partner with Data Science and Engineering to operationalize AI opportunities that directly improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.

Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Build value-added product features that enable organic, self-sustaining user growth (e.g., Credit Score, Referrals, Shareable Experiences, Embedded Rewards).
Design in-product engagement loops and behavioral nudges that enhanc
