What You Will Do
Source and identify qualified candidates for technology roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent databases.
Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates for current and future client needs.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates through personalized messaging and targeted email campaigns.




Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and communicate findings to senior recruiters and hiring teams.
Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate engagement data within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Research and map talent markets within the technology industry to inform and enhance sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with the broader recruiting team to refine search strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Background
Prior experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related research-driven role is a plus, though motivated newcomers with a solid interest in recruiting and technology are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
