The Role
You'll be the first real conversation a client has with Topee. Your job: understand their hair loss concerns, consult in person at our studios, recommend the right system, and guide them from first visit through fitting and aftercare. You'll manage your pipeline, follow up on leads,



and work closely with our styling team to deliver a seamless experience — while hitting sales targets without ever making a client feel "sold to."
You should have:
Minimum 1–5 years in client-facing sales (retail, health, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
Robust listening and communication skills — this is a sensitive, personal purchase
Empathy and absolute discretion with client privacy
Comfort with CRM and digital tools
