Technical Recruiter

We are a small recruiting firm based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are in the start-up phase and looking to expand and grow.

Qualifications
A Bachelors degree (or higher) is required
Experience working with various job boards (Linkedln, CareerBuilder, Monster, etc)
Experience screening candidates for various roles (Software Engineers, PM's, ML Engineers, Quant Analysts, Blockchain Engineers, Marketing Managers, etc)
Access to quick and reliable internet
Disciplined and hardworking. Someone who does not need to be micromanaged and does what they say they will do.
Able to follow instructions.
Solid command of English. You will be writing a lot of skilled emails and speaking with US-based candidates
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets
