Job Description:

Plant Head (Domestic & International) – Unjha, Gujarat

Location: Unjha, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹1.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Industry: Spices & Pulses Processing & Export

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, processing, packing, and dispatch.
Manage production planning as per export schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Oversee Bühler, Satake, and Meyer AI Color Sorting machinery operations and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and export quality standards.
Drive productivity, cost control, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and ensure workplace safety and statutory compliance.





Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in FMCG, food processing, spices, pulses, grains, rice, or agro-processing industries.
Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head, Factory Manager, or Production Head role.
Experience handling export-oriented operations and quality compliance, preferably for the US market.
Solid leadership, production planning, maintenance, RCA, lean manufacturing, and cost-control skills.

Preferred: Gujarat-based candidates willing to relocate to Unjha.
