We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Mortgage–DSA vertical, responsible for driving business through DSA channels, managing partner relationships, and achieving mortgage business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop DSA partners to generate Mortgage/LAP/HL business
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Train and support DSAs to ensure quality sourcing
Conduct regular market visits and maintain solid local network
Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
Strengthen portfolio quality through consistent monitoring
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP/HL
Strong exposure to the DSA channel
Positive communication and market knowledge
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
