JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Senior Associate - Legal
Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our Partner Ecosystem with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and advising business teams on key legal and regulatory matters. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset, eagerness to learn, and a go-getter attitude who can balance legal expertise with business needs in a fast-paced workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise on cross-border legal and compliance matters, including data protection, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including SaaS, IT services, IP licenses, collaboration, staffing, marketing, hardware, and NDAs.
Provide support on contract disputes, dispute resolution, and/or litigation (preferred).
Work closely with senior leadership and business teams to align legal inputs with growth priorities.
Gain exposure to international contracting frameworks, especially across APAC and EU region
