We are looking for a Lead – Infrastructure & Administration to lead Pan India infrastructure and administration operations.

Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including current office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure
.• Drive project planning, budgeting, execution, and timely completion of infrastructure projects
.• Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support services
.• Handle vendor management, procurement, contracts, renewals, and performance monitoring
.• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements
.• Manage office assets, inventory, and infrastructure-related equipment
.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords,



contractors, architects, and external agencies
.• Prepare infrastructure MIS, project updates, budgets, and management reports
.• e:• 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Administration, Facilities, or Real Estate Managemen
Robust experience i n recent office/branch setup, relocation, renovation, and infrastructure project manageme n
Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or a similar multi-location organisation preferre
Willingness to travel across locations as require
