About the Role:
The EPM Architect (Endpoint Privileged Management) is responsible for planning, architecting, and implementing
Endpoint and Server Privileged Management solutions across Windows, Unix/Linux, and database environments. The role requires robust hands-on experience with EPM platforms such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, and Centrify/Delinea.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, architect, and implement Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) solutions across Unix/Linux servers, Windows endpoints and servers, and database environments.
Perform capacity planning, solution design, installation, policy configuration, agent rollout, testing, and production deployment.
Integrate EPM solutions with enterprise platforms such as IDPs, ITSM tools, and SIEM systems.
Work closely with infrastructure, security, IAM, and application teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Define and tune privilege elevation rules, application controls, and least-privilege enforcement models.
Support RBAC implementation and migration from ad-hoc admin access models.
Provide training, documentation,
and escalation support for global users.
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in Endpoint Privilege Management / PAM / IAM / Endpoint Security.
Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PMUL/PMW, CyberArk OPM/EPM, or Centrify/Delinea EPM.
Solid Windows and Unix/Linux administration knowledge with focus on privilege control.
Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.
RBAC implementation experience across Windows, Unix/Linux, and databases.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting experience.
NIS / NIS+ knowledge and Active Directory Bridge experience.
Exposure to ITSM processes and endpoint security tools.
