Geometrics Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our growing Civil and Aviation Practice based in our Pune, India office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile aviation and infrastructure projects across the United States and India, supporting some of the most complex and active airport programs.

This role offers exposure to both design and construction phases, requiring close coordination with project managers, clients, and technical teams in a dynamic, international work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Perform civil design for aviation and infrastructure projects, including grading, drainage, airfield pavement, and utility design




Support delivery of projects across U.S. and India aviation and infrastructure programs, working both independently and within established project teams
Utilize Autodesk platforms (Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and/or Bentley platforms (MicroStation, OpenRoads, GEOPAK) for design development, coordination, and documentation
Provide leadership within project teams by mentoring junior staff, proactively resolving technical challenges, and fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment
Coordinate closely with project managers, construction managers, and program controls teams to ensure design alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates with a high level of accuracy and quality
Participate in constructability reviews and provide practical, field-oriented input during design and constr
