Role Purpose
The Deputy Chief Manager – Revenue Assurance is responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity of organizational revenue streams by identifying revenue leakages, strengthening controls, monitoring billing systems, and improving assurance processes across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Assurance & Control
Monitor end-to-end revenue processes to identify leakage, fraud, billing errors, and revenue risks.
Conduct periodic reconciliation between operational systems, billing systems, and financial records.
Ensure accuracy of invoicing, tariff application, discounts, taxation, and collections.
Develop and implement revenue assurance frameworks, SOPs, and control mechanisms.
Analyze revenue trends, variances, and anomalies using data analytics tools.

Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal audits related to revenue processes and compliance controls.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines,



and financial governance standards.
Support statutory and internal auditors with required documentation and explanations.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified gaps.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations on revenue assurance metrics.
Track KPIs related to leakage detection, recovery, dispute resolution, and process efficiency.
Use analytics to identify suspicious transactions and operational inconsistencies.

Process Improvement
Collaborate with IT, Operations, Billing, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve system controls.
Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives related to revenue monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement projects to minimize revenue loss and enhance operational efficiency.
