We are seeking an REO Asset Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the management, disposition, and optimization of real estate owned (REO) properties,
with a particular emphasis on auction strategies and execution. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and government entities to ensure timely and profitable liquidation of assets while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Job Description
The Asset Manager is responsible for managing a large number of REO assets and providing fundamental oversight as these properties move through the pre-listing to close processes representing the entire life cycle of a real estate asset.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage, market and sell a national portfolio of REO assets. Oversee and monitoring the SLA performance and reporting of assigned properties/Assets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the assets, collaborate with product on capital projects (Bulk sales) and property management.
